Production
Production of large quantity of good quality Breeder Seeds, Foundation Seeds, Certified Seeds and Truthful Seeds of parents and hybrids of cotton, castor and wheat varieties having good physical and genetic purity, germination percentage, moisture percentage, seed health etc.; through the network of Managing Director – Research Scientist – Production Manager – Agriculture Officers – 200 Agents and Subagents – 5000 registered farmers are involved in the production of seed of different categories.
Processing
Processing of seeds of hybrid cotton, hybrid castor and wheat varieties and other crops through various processing equipment so as to maintain the good quality and purity standards of the seeds.
Quality Control
Quality control testing of various parameters required for high quality standards of seeds to maintain germination percentage, moisture percentage, physical and genetic purity and seed health, etc.
Product Promotion & Marketing
Organization of Field Demonstrations of newly identified superior cotton hybrids, castor hybrids and wheat varieties in the farmer’s fields to evaluate their adaptability and popularize them among farmers in different agro – climatic zones of India.
Sale of products through the network of Managing Director – Marketing Manager – Regional Marketing Managers – Sales Representatives – Distributors – Dealers – Retailers in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and other states of North India.
